Emily Beere

Emily qualified in 2018 and is an Associate in the corporate department, based in the London office.

Emily has experience advising both private and public sector clients on corporate matters with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, investments, corporate restructuring, joint venture arrangements, shareholders' agreements and articles of association, as well as corporate governance and company law.
