Fiona Dorman

Fiona Dorman is a Principal Associate in our Casualty team and is based in our Glasgow office. She is dual qualified in Scotland and England & Wales.

Fiona has worked exclusively in the personal injury field since qualification, initially acting for pursuers, but then moving to defender personal injury work. She is an experienced litigator and is often specifically requested by insurers to act on complex matters due to her diligent and pragmatic approach. Her defender personal injury portfolio is diverse including all types of Employers’ Liability, Public Liability, Disease, Motor, Professional Negligence and Fatal claims, however, her specialism is in Disease claims.

Fiona is often instructed in insurance recovery claims and she regularly pursues insurance recoveries for her clients.
