Guy is a Real Estate Partner based in Weightmans' Liverpool office.

Guy has over 20 years' experience advising clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, estate management, development and planning agreements, secured lending and the creation of easements.

As well as acting for property developers and commercial property investors, Guy also advises trading business across a broad range of sectors including retail, licensed leisure, manufacturing, healthcare and transport.

Guy prides himself in providing his clients with speedy and pragmatic advice within a transparent fee structure and within the required timeframes. In order to achieve this, he focuses from the outset on streamlining transactions and tailoring documentation according to the client's particular needs.

In addition to providing advice to many businesses throughout Merseyside and the North West of England, Guy also acts for numerous clients further afield across England and Wales.
