Jennifer Powell

Jennifer joined Weightmans in 2009. She is an Associate in the Property Litigation team based in our Liverpool office, dealing with contentious social housing and commercial matters, acting for registered providers and housing associations in respect of disrepair matters at both a pre-action and litigated stage.

Jennifer was recognised by The Law Society, shortlisted in the Legal Excellence Awards Junior Lawyer of the Year 2018 and also by the Northern Power Women awards in 2019 in the One to Watch category.

Jennifer is also a Director of Liverpool Law Society and Editor of the ‘Liverpool Law’ magazine, which is circulated to over 2,000 members monthly.
