Jenny Byfield

Jenny joined the firm in 2014 as a Credit Controller and has worked her way through the ranks to now hold the position of Billing and Revenue Assurance Manager.

Jenny manages all billing operations across the firm, which represents more than 100,000 bills per annum, and has over a decade of experience billing a variety of clients throughout all sectors. She has particular expertise in clients using complex e-billing processes. Jenny’s team also manage all changes to the rates database, the integrity of which is critical to accurate billing.

In 2022 she became a Partner. The focus of the team is first and foremost to offer first class service to clients and internal customers. The mission is to ensure that every bill is raised accurately and on time, and sent to clients without delay.
