Joanna qualified in 2012 and joined Weightmans in 2013. She was promoted to Legal Director in 2026.
Joanna specialises in advising and acting on behalf of insurance and self-insured corporate clients in fast and multi track EL and PL claims. She also acts in respect of data protection disputes.
Her key areas of work include high value, multi-party claims in the utilities, manufacturing, retail, sports and leisure sectors, advising from incident to claim conclusion.
She has experience in dealing with high profile, complex group actions for a number of clients, bringing together technical legal expertise with commercial and strategic awareness.
