John Kemp

John is an Associate in the Corporate team, having trained and qualified at Weightmans in 2020.

John mainly advises on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, corporate reorganisations, private equity investments, along with general company law and corporate governance matters.

He has acted for a variety of clients, including private companies, quoted public companies, private equity houses, entrepreneurs and institutional investors, and has experience in a variety of different sectors.

John also has experience of a wide range of banking and finance matters, including acquisition financing, refinancing and restructuring, fund establishment, and has acted for a number of lenders, borrowers, banks, investment funds and local authorities.
