Josh Conroy

Josh is a Partner based in Manchester who specialises in high value, complex, chancery litigation in the High Court.

He deals primarily with unfair prejudice petitions, share sale disputes, restrictive covenant and restraint of trade cases, partnership disputes, professional negligence claims and other complex contractual claims arising out of commercial disputes.

Josh has particular experience and expertise in defending Judicial Review claims and bringing injunctive proceedings, as well as a developing expertise in advising upon claims brought under the Public Contract Regulations 2015, where he has acted for a number of health trusts, police forces, universities and other public bodies.
