Juliet Wood

Juliet originally joined Weightmans as a paralegal in 2005 and qualified at Weightmans into our Large Loss Team. She specialises in technical claims, having also worked in within the Fraud team.

In 2019, Juliet transferred to our Insolvency and Recoveries team and developed an expertise in non-indemnity recoveries before transferring back to Motor in 2023.

Juliet has 15 years’ experience of dealing with technical issues arising out of non-indemnity claims relating to the Road Traffic Act 1988, its interpretation, and the MIB agreements.

She handles cases from small claims track all the way through to multi track, including both property damage claims and significant personal injury cases.
