Katherine Millray

Katherine qualified as a solicitor in June 2012. She joined Weightmans in August 2021 as an Associate in our healthcare team and became a Principal Associate in September 2023. She runs a wide-ranging case load of high value, complex and sometimes very sensitive clinical negligence cases on behalf of NHS Resolution.

Katherine has over 10 years of experience in acting for GPs, hospital trusts and private healthcare organisations. She has a wealth of experience in dealing with fatal claims many involving suicides. She has a good working knowledge of the NHS and has experience in bringing proceedings against the CQC on behalf of healthcare providers.

Katherine is a team manager and is responsible for managing all day-to-day aspects of the healthcare team in Manchester.
