Katherine Millray

Katherine qualified as a solicitor in June 2012. She joined Weightmans in August 2021 as an Associate in our healthcare team. She runs a wide-ranging case load of high value, complex and sometimes very sensitive clinical negligence cases on behalf of NHS Resolution.

Katherine has over 10 years of experience in acting for GPs, hospital trusts and private healthcare organisations. She has a good working knowledge of the NHS and has experience in bringing proceedings against the CQC on behalf of healthcare providers.

She also has experience in dealing with APMS, PMS and GMS contracts and advising on breaches of the same.

Katherine also supervises the junior fee earners on lower value cases.
