Formerly of RadcliffesLeBrasseur LLP Solicitors, Laura is a Partner in our Regulatory Healthcare Team. She has 17 years of experience in the healthcare field, representing doctors, dentists and other healthcare professionals in disciplinary proceedings before their regulators arising from conduct, performance and health issues, in defending clinical negligence claims and advising healthcare practitioners in respect of NHS Performers List investigations, hospital disciplinary investigations and High Court Appeals.

Laura has brought that experience to now lead a national team at Weightmans acting for a large healthcare regulator in carrying out fitness to practise investigations.
