Laura Parton

Laura is an Associate in the Birmingham healthcare team.

Laura was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in September 2013. Until 2018 she specialised in occupational disease on behalf of insurer and insured clients. In 2018 Laura changed practice areas and began to specialise in defendant clinical negligence, working on behalf of NHS Resolution and insurer clients. Laura joined Weightmans in 2021 where she acts on behalf of NHS Resolution.
