Laura has been advising Royal Mail Group since 2013 and handles a diverse caseload of complex discrimination claims and sensitive unfair dismissal claims.
She has experience in discrimination, whistleblowing and performance-related issues together with employment tribunal practice and procedure. She also has particular expertise in holiday pay.
Laura is an experienced advocate in the tribunal and has recovered large costs awards through her tribunal representation in recent years.
