Lydia is a Solicitor in the Private Wealth team, based in our Newcastle office.
Lydia joined Weightmans Private Wealth team in June 2022 and having completed her training contract at the firm, qualified into the team in April 2026.
Lydia has experience in the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney as well as assisting with more complex inheritance tax planning.
Lydia can assist with the administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates, including applying for the Grant of Probate or Grant of Letters of Administration on testate and intestate estates.
