Lynsey has been with Weightmans since 2012, initially working in claims and then moving into the regulatory department.
Lynsey is an experienced advocated representing clients in inquest and Court of Protection/Deprivation of Liberty matters.
Lynsey advises a range of NHS Trusts, care providers and private health providers in respect of inquests, Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
Prior to her career in the law, Lynsey worked for an NHS Trust in her native N.Ireland and has also undertaken a secondment to a national healthcare provider.
