Mandy joined Weightmans in 2002 and became a partner in 2012.
Mandy acts for both public and private sector clients, including Royal Mail Group Ltd.
Mandy has a wide range of experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment issues. Her experience includes conducting cases involving unfair dismissal, all forms of discrimination including equal pay, whistleblowing, performance, capability and breach of contract.
Mandy also has extensive experience of advising in relation to business immigration.
