Former partner of Ford & Warren solicitors, Mark has extensive experience of commercial property law, especially with regard to landlord and tenant issues, estate management and mortgages.
Mark has worked in the real estate field for 23 years since qualification in 1992. Mark has overseen the disposal of over 300 properties for one client in the last two years. Mark also led the team that successfully tendered for the Environment Agency's regional property work at Ford & Warren solicitors.
He deals in all aspects of commercial property, including disposals and acquisitions, acting for lenders and landlord and tenant matters. He has particular expertise in the licensed and leisure industry.
Mark manages sophisticated reporting and recording systems which are tailored to the client's specific requirements.
