Megan is a Solicitor in our Litigation team based in Glasgow.
She advises clients across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, and regularly works with private individuals, commercial clients, and on behalf of public sector organisations.
Megan’s experience includes property disputes, contentious executries, shareholder disputes, debt recovery, and contractual disputes.
Megan has experience appearing in Sheriff Courts across Scotland, acting in a wide range of matters at all levels, including Simple Procedure and Ordinary Cause. She has also assisted with high-value complex cases in the Court of Session.
