Nick's areas of practice cover corporate finance, development finance, joint ventures, M&A and general corporate and commercial transactions, with a particular focus on venture capital led investment deals.
Nick works closely with a variety of early and growth-stage technology businesses, utilising his knowledge of and relationships within the technology sector.
Recent experience
- Advised the Morton Group on £17m development finance transaction;
- Advised QuantuMDx on £11m investment by the British Business Bank;
- Winner of Insider North East Dealmakers — Private Equity/Venture Capital Deal of the Year 2020 advising ZeroLight on investment by Ponooc BV;
- The team achieved Corporate Law Firm of the Year at the Insider North East Dealmakers Awards 2019.
