Pamela Robson

Pamela is a Probate Executive in the Tax and Private Client team based in London with a wealth of experience dealing with all aspects of Administration of Estates. Pamela joined Weightmans following mergers with RadcliffesLeBrasseur and BurtonWoods with whom she worked with Judith Burton for over two decades.

Pamela specialises in estate administration and probate and supports individuals during what are often very difficult times for them with compassion, understanding and a wealth of knowledge. Often advising at the outset of the first steps required including, obtaining a death certificate, funeral arrangements and securing and insuring property and assets.

Pamela gives consideration to all post death matters including obtaining Grant of Probate; advising on intestacies (where there is no will), resealing English grant of probate for use abroad, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, post death variations, charitable gifting, to name but a few.

Pamela is a member of STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and is a member of the Digital Assets and Cross-Border Estates special interest groups.
