Peter is a rising star who qualified in 2003 and joined Weightmans in March 2013 as part of the Semple Fraser merger.  Peter's background is in real estate litigation, including business lease renewals and terminations, dilapidations claims, tenant insolvency, applications to assign or sub-let, boundary and right of way disputes, Land Registry adjudication proceedings, restrictive covenants, rent reviews, lease forfeiture and general property management.

Peter has experience of bringing successful claims against negligent professionals such as solicitors, surveyors and accountants. He believes in the merits of ADR and has conducted a number of successful mediations. Peter is also a long-standing volunteer supervisor at the University of Manchester Student Law Advice Centre.
