Philip joined Weightmans in 2017 and is an Associate in the employment, pensions and immigration team. He is based in Liverpool.

Philip is an experienced advocate who regularly represents clients in the Employment Tribunal. He has also instructed and assisted Queen's Counsel in complex matters in the Employment Appeal Tribunal, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
Philip routinely provides advice to clients regarding internal employment law matters such as disciplinary processes, grievance procedures and industrial action. He also drafts and reviews employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
