Rose has worked on some highly complex matters for her clients including the purchase of an environmentally sensitive site for £6 million; options and subsale of complex phased residential development sites, the acquisition and refinance of a portfolio of distressed retail properties and managing complex land ownership issues where the value to the client is in excess of £80 million.
