Ross is a Legal Director in the Employment, Pensions and Immigration team having qualified in 2009. Ross works with the spectrum of employer types from corporates to public bodies on all issues of employment law.
In relation to employment he:
- Strategic and practical solutions to clients in relation to their industrial relations issues particularly around industrial action, collective bargaining and Trade Union negotiations.
- Solutions to senior team disputes, on-boarding and exits.
- Guidance on the appropriate way to handle complex human resource issues including (but not limited to) overlapping internal processes and entrenched individuals.
- Support for all TUPE related issues and complex restructures
- Clients with guidance on the interaction between employment law and Data Protection/GDPR including on data breaches and the compilation of privacy notices.
- Regular training sessions for clients with a clear focus on the issues which matter to them in their industry.
