Rupa is a Principal Associate in our Birmingham office. She qualified in 2017 and specialises in financial matters arising from separation and divorce. She has experience in dealing with high net worth cases involving complex and substantial assets.

She also advises on pre and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, separation agreements and has a keen interest in private law Children Act disputes.

Rupa is an active member of Resolution which is an organisation of family lawyers that aims to resolve family disputes amicably and efficiently, where appropriate. She is a Co-Chair of the YRes Committee for the West Midlands, a role that enables her to support junior practitioners up to 10 years PQE. 

Rupa is part of the winning team named Family Law Firm of the Year at the LexisNexis Family Law Awards.
