Rupa Parekh
AssociateBiography
Rupa is an Associate Solicitor in our Birmingham office. She qualified in 2017 and specialises in financial matters arising from separation and divorce. She has experience in dealing with high net worth cases involving complex and substantial assets.
She also advises on pre and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, separation agreements and has a keen interest in private law Children Act disputes.

Rupa is a member of Resolution which is an organisation of family lawyers that aims to resolve family disputes amicably and efficiently, where appropriate. Rupa sits on the YRES Committee for the West Midlands.
