Sam is our Head of Service Delivery for Motor. She has 23 years' motor litigation experience, 15 of which have been at Weightmans. Sam transitioned from a fee earning role to one of management over a number of years, now overseeing the operational side of the motor department and ensuring that we are providing an excellent service to our clients.
Sam works collaboratively with our business support teams to innovate and consistently improve our claims handling processes, developing internal and external reports that give us the ability to provide insight and analysis into market trends and portfolios of business for our clients.
Having worked in the motor insurance sector for over 20 years, she has seen a lot of changes across the industry. Sam is driven to look for ways to improve our people through development and our processes through advancements in technology, to drive efficiency and effectiveness for our service delivery.
Sam has developed insight and market knowledge as a result of her involvement with a number of key clients over the years.
As well as sitting on a number of client steering groups, Sam has recently joined the firms Environmental, Social and Governance steering group to help shape a sustainable future for the next generation.
Sam was promoted to Associate in 2013, Principal Associate in 2019 and Partner in 2021.
