Sarah Griffiths

Sarah joined Weightmans in 2017 as a trainee and is now an Associate in the Employment team, acting predominantly for Royal Mail Group Ltd. She handles a wide and varied case load from wages claims through to complex discrimination, and multi-defendant/claimant claims.

Sarah also advises on a wealth of wider employment related issues such as disciplinary matters, grievances and recruitment, has an extensive knowledge of Tribunal practice and procedure and represents clients in preliminary and final hearings in the Employment Tribunal across the country.

Sarah also has experience in civil litigation and often handles civil claims on behalf of her clients.
