Saul Burton



Saul is an Associate within our Birmingham office's casualty team and acts for local authorities, public bodies and commercial businesses in a wide range of contentious litigation.

Having qualified in 2009, Saul has gained considerable expertise in public liability and regularly represents local authorities, schools and housing associations in matters involving highways law, occupier's liability, social services and human rights, landlord and tenant issues, data protection breaches and misfeasance in public office.

Saul also represents many businesses in defending claims for accidents at work, property damage and product liability. Saul also regularly acts for organisers of equine and sporting events and has enjoyed significant trial successes in defending claims brought for injury suffered during adventurous and sporting activities.

Saul has also regularly appeared in the Magistrate Court on behalf of the police to secure Domestic Violence Protection Orders.
