Saul is a Principal Associate in our Sports team. With a background in defendant litigation including personal injury, human rights and data protection, Saul specialises in high value and complex sports claims with a focus on catastrophic injuries arising out of motorsport incidents, neurological damage from concussive injury, player-on-player assaults and injuries suffered during competitive games, horse-riding accidents, and disciplinary & regulatory disputes.
Saul acts for national and domestic governing bodies, schools and colleges, professional and amateur sports clubs, and private companies in a wide range of sports including football, rugby, numerous motorsport disciplines, horse riding, athletics and mountain biking.
In addition to sport, Saul maintains a busy practice dealing with claims arising from data breaches, with particular interest in those that include claims for unusual psychiatric injury.
