Biography

Shaun is a Principal Associate and Advocate in the Large Loss team based in our London office.

On a day-to-day basis, Shaun deals with maximum severity personal injury cases arising out of all classes of business.

Shaun specialises in catastrophic personal injury claims of the very highest value. He has particular interest in brain injuries (ranging from subtle to catastrophic) and cases of tetraplegia and paraplegia, together with cases involving amputation and serious limb injury. He also has extensive experience working in fatal accident claims.

In addition to this, Shaun acts as an in-house advocate dealing with High Court hearings, in the most complex of cases, often against Leading Counsel.

Shaun recognises the need to take a practical and co-operative approach. As a member of FOIL (Forum of Insurance Lawyers), he sits on the Rehabilitation Special Interest Group.

He was recognised as a named individual and Rising Star in the 2023 edition of The Legal 500, for Defendant Personal Injury in London.
