Simon is an Associate in our Casualty team, based in the Glasgow office.
Simon has over 9 years of personal injury claims experience, dealing with a wide range of Motor, Employer’s Liability, Public Liability, Credit Hire, Property Damage, and Recovery actions. He regularly advises on all stages of the civil litigation process, from pre-action investigations and strategy, through to preparing for and conducting the proof. Simon has experience in handling claims in the All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court and the Court of Session, and running successful defences in litigation.
Simon has strong expertise in advising on issues of liability, causation, fraud concerns, quantum, and expenses arguments. He has acted for both pursuers and defenders, gaining an insight into approaching personal injury claims and the litigation process from all perspectives.
