Simon Mattison

Simon joined Weightmans' casualty team in 2022 as a Principal Associate in the Manchester office. He was promoted to Legal Director in 2024.

He has over 13 years’ experience in handling and managing employers’ liability and public liability claims for insurers, loss adjusters, and self-insured companies.

He specialises in complex and/or Multi-Track cases in a wide variety of sectors, including construction, manufacturing, retail, transport and logistics, and waste management.
