Simone has wide ranging experience acting for both public and private sector clients, dealing with all aspects of commercial property work including both freehold and leasehold property disposals and acquisitions, landlord and tenant, estate management, corporate support, secured lending and property finance.

Simone acts for local authorities, higher education establishments, banks, charitable organisations, police authorities, as well as individuals and owner managed businesses.

She has also acted for a major national retailer on commercial lease acquisitions and disposals and managed a high volume of tenancy related portfolio management matters.
