Sonia Elahi

Sonia is an Associate in the health and care team based in London.

Sonia deals with litigated and non-litigated clinical negligence claims on behalf of NHS Trusts and GPs. Sonia also has experience of dealing with claims on behalf of private surgeons and a Medical Defence Organisation, as well as insurance claims.

Sonia has a mixed litigation background, having gained prior experience in housing disrepair, debt recovery and personal injury matters on behalf of claimants. She now specialises in defending healthcare professionals in alleged clinical negligence claims. She manages claims from inception to completion.

Outside of work, Sonia enjoys volunteering for a hospitality committee, as well as long walks, the beach and travelling.
