Stephanie McBride

Stephanie is a Chartered Legal Executive and a costs lawyer based within the niche costs team which means she provides a service specialising in costs. Not only does she provide costs assistance when dealing with inter parties’ costs following conclusion of a substantive action, but she provides technical assistance during case management.

Stephanie graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2008 with a Law LLB (Hons) Degree, qualified as a Costs Lawyer in 2015 and finally became a Fellow Chartered Legal Executive in 2021.

With over 13 years’ costs experience, Stephanie has both claimant and defendant experience ranging from high-value civil litigation claims on behalf of claimant and defendant clients to Legal Aid family matters dealt with at the Court of Protection. Stephanie is experienced in dealing with all aspects of costs claims in a variety of different areas of law.
