Suzannah is an Associate solicitor in the Private Wealth team and is based in our Liverpool office.
Suzannah advises individuals and families on a wide range of private client matters.
Suzannah is experienced in dealing with the administration of estates, including applications to the Probate Registry for Grants of Representation and the preparation of inheritance tax returns. Suzannah advises executors and administrators in relation to both taxable and non-taxable Estates.
Suzannah assists clients with the preparation of Wills and advises on the operation of inheritance tax.
Suzannah also helps clients to make and register Lasting Powers of Attorney.
