Biography

Tracey is an Associate in our Disputed Wills, Trusts and Estates team based in our Leeds office.

Tracey qualified as a litigation solicitor in February 2011 having been exposed to a variety of work during her training contract. Having undertaken general litigation for a few years following qualification, Tracey began work with a national firm exclusively handling contested wills and estates work.

Tracey regularly accepts instructions from both claimants and defendants relating to financial provision claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

Tracey is also experienced in will validity challenges in which testamentary capacity and undue influence, among other things, may be in issue. She also acts in disputes regarding estate administration, trustee and executor disputes, constructive trusts and proprietary estoppel claims.
