Victoria is both a solicitor and Fellow of CIPD and advises on all aspects of employment law across a range of sectors.  This includes advising on redundancy and reorganisations, TUPE, changing terms and conditions, discrimination, disciplinary matters and contractual issues. Victoria has experience of representing clients at Employment Tribunal. Victoria regularly creates and presents employment training courses on a wide variety of employment law topics. She is responsible for developing and maintaining the employment law website for the firm’s HR Rely clients. In addition Victoria Policy Advisor on the Birmingham Branch of CIPD Committee. She also sits on Birmingham Law Society’s Employment Law Committee.
