Yasmin Kibble



Yasmin is a solicitor in our family team, advising clients on all aspects of family law including pre- and post-nuptial agreements, divorce and finances, cohabitation and separation agreements and private children law

Yasmin qualified as a solicitor in September 2021, having previously spent a year with the family department during her training contract. Yasmin is a member of Resolution and is committed to dealing with family issues in a constructive and amicable manner where possible.

Yasmin also advises in relation to domestic abuse cases and assists clients with obtaining injunctions such as non-molestation orders and occupation orders. Yasmin volunteered for the domestic abuse charity, Flag DV, to help those without access to a solicitor understand the protection available to them.

Notable cases

Yasmin has advised and assisted on complex cases where multiple jurisdictions were involved, with assets in several countries, and cases with multiple business interests. She also has experience in successfully enforcing maintenance arrears and ringfencing pre- and post-marital assets.

In relation to children proceedings, Yasmin has successfully challenged an application to remove the children from the jurisdiction in order to ensure that the children continued to build a successful relationship with their father.

Notable cases include:

  • KG v NB [2023] EWFC 160 — variation of an existing maintenance order, cohabitee’s contributions, pooling of resources.
