Francesca Lee

Francesca Lee is an Associate and Chartered Legal Executive based in Weightmans Liverpool office.

Francesca first joined Weightmans in 2014 as an administrative assistant and later became a paralegal handling pre-litigation claims. In October 2020, Francesca joined the litigation team and

qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in November 2022. She obtained Civil Litigation practice rights in June 2026.

Francesca acts for major insurance clients, public bodies and self-insured businesses. She manages a high-volume and varied caseload which includes NIHL, HAVS, CTS and WRULD (Work Related Upper Limb Disorder) claims. She also assists senior fee earners with their asbestos exposure claims.

Francesca supports, mentors, and assists with supervising junior members of the team.
