Rebecca Taylor-Onion

Rebecca is a Principal Associate solicitor in our healthcare team and is based in our Leeds office. Prior to joining Weightmans in October 2022, Rebecca was previously a Principal Associate at another NHS Resolution panel firm.

Rebecca has over 10 years’ experience representing NHS trusts and NHS Resolution in clinical claims, including in high value and complex birth injury and neurological claims. She also specialises in indemnity issues. Rebecca works closely with NHS Resolution to support delivery of its strategic priorities, having recently spent 12 months working for NHS Resolution in the Policy and Strategy Team.
