Sarah Jennings

Sarah joined Weightmans in 2017 and is a solicitor in the regulatory team, based in the Liverpool office. Sarah specialises in road transport regulatory law and advises goods vehicle and passenger transport operator licence holders across all aspects of transport regulation.

She advises and represents transport companies undergoing investigation by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) including via desk-based assessments.

Sarah represents companies at public inquiry hearings before the Traffic Commissioner across the UK and has experience of assisting professional drivers at conduct hearings.
