Intellectual property may be one of your most valuable assets and its unique need for legal protection demands special handling to deliver commercially and bring long-term benefits.
We also advise upon the supply and procurement of IP, confidential information, trade secrets, copyright, design rights, image rights, know-how, patents and trademarks (including protection and registration), licensing, technology transfers, data protection, e-commerce and disputes and litigation.
We're regularly involved in transactions and funding with multi-million dollar values and international agreements with foreign jurisdiction issues in North America, Europe, Australia, Asia and Japan.
