From 876 miles on the road to the iconic Silverstone circuit – Tour de Weightmans joins FormEvo Racing for one final push towards £34,000 for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity
Weightmans’ partner, Stuart Whittle, is giving his Tour de Weightmans cycle challenge one last push at the UK’s only F1 track, Silverstone, in a final bid to raise £34,000 for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.
In partnership with independent legal forms specialist, FormEvo, Stuart – and his bike – will appear at the iconic track for the penultimate round of the 2026 Britcar Endurance Championship on October 3. FormEvo Racing is the current leader of both the Class GT category and the overall standings and has wrapped its Mclaren 570S – driven by five-time Porsche and Britcar champion Simon Clark – in new branding in support of Tour de Weightmans.
Stuart completed his epic bike ride earlier this month, taking in all 10 of Weightmans’ offices, across three countries, in just 12 days. Starting in Glasgow and finishing in Cardiff, Stuart visited Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Nottingham, Leicester and London - a total distance of 876 miles and 7,700m of elevation.
As of the date of publication, the Tour has raised £26,630 so far – with a race to the podium at Silverstone to push that to £34,000 – representing Stuart’s 34th and final year at Weightmans.

The charity is one close to my heart having experienced the kindness shown to me when I was treated for cancer at the age of 33; especially the nurse whose name I never knew but who, late one night on the ward saw I was struggling and told me, ‘It’s ok not to feel brave’.
“I want to thank FormEvo for giving this challenge one last rev at Silverstone! I really appreciate its support, and the opportunity to raise even more money for this incredible charity at this iconic racetrack.”

Through a variety of challenges, such as the Three Peaks, the Yorkshire Three Peaks, and three ascents of Snowdon, Stuart has previously managed to raise an impressive total of £9,984 over the years for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity, the former charity of the year for Weightmans’ Liverpool office.
It is a fitting end to Stuart’s career at the firm. He steps down as Chief Technology Officer and from the Board after over 30 years but will continue as an Equity Partner until his retirement in March 2027.
