Simple right?

Equal pay was once a raging issue and one which most organisations thought had been addressed and gone away. Sadly, the news of budgetary pressures affecting local authorities and retail organisations who in recent times are again facing (costly) challenges, the issue of equal pay has been brought to the forefront of organisational minds.
