Danuta is a qualified solicitor in the residential property team based in our London office.

She has extensive experience in residential property work. Danuta specialises in residential freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases and acts for all manner of clients including high net worth individuals.

She has considerable experience in advising on and dealing with complex unregistered freehold and leasehold titles, re-mortgages, lease extensions, plot sales, executor sales, new build properties, mixed use properties, property Licences and general residential property management work.

Danuta also deals with problematic property titles, transactions and queries. She is experienced in dealing with Land Registry issues.
