Jano Bermudes

Jano has 20 years of experience delivering risk, management and technology consulting services within the big four accounting firms (PwC and then KPMG) and similar high performance organisations.

He has 10+ years of senior leadership including Director of Cyber at KPMG and Navigant Consulting and Managing Director at both Ankura and Marsh McLennan.

Jano has been building and leading high-performance teams that offer a range of cyber services including, a cyber strategy, risk and transformation practice at KPMG, that focused on security architecture, industrial control system security and complex technology transformations; an international cyber practice for consulting firm Navigant (acquired by Ankura consulting), specialising in crises management driven security services such as incident response, forensics, business recovery, disputes and investigations.

During this time Jano supported hundreds of clients through major crises events such as data breeches, complex fraud investigations, destructive ransomware attacks and complex post breach litigation.  Lastly, Jano led Marsh’s cyber risk & resilience practice within Marsh Advisory, helping clients to understand, measure and manage all aspects of cyber risk with a focus on quantifying cyber loss exposure and developing business focussed solutions to reduce the financial and reputational impact as a result of major cyber attacks, complex insurance claims and post breach litigation.

Jano has extensive cross sector experience including Energy, Manufacturing, Utilities, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Government, Banking and Financial Services.
