• The nearest accessible parking is in the underground car park of our building, No. 1 Whitehall Riverside and is accessed via the access road leading off Whitehall Road.
• From the underground park, it should only take a minute or so in the lift to get from your car to the office front door on the building's 3rd Floor.
• There is one small ramp in the car park leading to the basement lift area. Once in the lift, it is level access throughout the building.
• If assistance is needed on arrival, please contact the Weightmans member of staff you are meeting; they can arrange with the facilities team for help to be available.
• There are no drop-off points or blue badge parking bays in close proximity to the office.

• If step-free access is required, then please arrive at the Leeds Office via Whitehall Road.
• Building entrance doors are a mix of automatic and manual, with building staff on hand to help if assistance is needed.
• The lift dimensions are as follows. Door width: 90cm. Carriage width: 150cm. Carriage depth 130cm.

• Lighting throughout the client suite is controlled by motion sensors. However, visitors using the meeting rooms will be able to turn the lights on and off as needed.
• All meeting room doors are 90cm wide.
• The Leeds office can be accessed either by lifts or stairs from the building reception. Access from the car park is via the lifts.
• The meeting rooms have a mix of artificial and natural light.

• There is an accessible toilet on the landing of the 3rd floor, located just before the doors to the Weightmans office.
• In the Client Suite, we have a Wellness Room, a quiet space with comfortable chairs.
• The Client Suite also has several chairs for visitors to rest on if they need to while they are waiting.
• Assistance dogs are welcome.
