Of all the forms of harassment that occur within the workplace, sexual harassment continues to be the most reported. In this webinar, Mark Landon, Saffia Dalton and Melanie Cotton will explain what constitutes sexual harassment under equality legislation and will explain the various obligations on employers and employees, including the proactive duty on employers to take reasonable steps to prevent the sexual harassment of staff by colleagues, agency workers and third parties such as customers and clients.
The webinar will consider the practical steps which management should take both to prevent sexual harassment and, where it does occur, to effectively deal with it, as recommended by the Equality & Human Rights Commission in their revised guidance on dealing with sexual harassment in the workplace.
The webinar will be interactive with plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
