Weightmans LLP’s corporate team, with Menzies corporate finance, advise on the sale of CM Research Ltd. to Kynetec, for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2010, CM Research is an experienced research agency focused on the veterinary and companion animal sectors.
Kynetec is a global leader in agricultural and animal health data and analytics, backed by the US Private Equity firm Paine Schwartz Partners, who invested in the business in 2021 when UK PE house Inflexion sold its investment.
Stephen Blair and Sumaira Choudary of our corporate team advised the shareholders of CM Research Ltd. on the legal aspects of the transaction with Menzies’ corporate finance team, led by Kevin Paget and Tabitha Hyde, providing transaction support and guidance to the shareholders of CM Research, working together to ensure the sellers were achieving the best possible outcome.
